LOGISTICE EXECUTIVE - SWISS MNC

Responsibilities

• Shipment coordination with Chinese suppliers that are on online platform
• Shipment coordination with suppliers to maximize freight savings
• Liaise with suppliers for invoices to be submitted to system
• Co-ordination with subcontractors
• Responsible for creating/posting of ASN (Advance shipment notice) /GRN (Goods receipt note) in Dynamics 365 F&O system for receiving purposes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant logistics or shipping coordinating experience
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations and logistics
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
