Logistics Accounts Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization of transportation receipts.

  • Checking the receipt status and accuracy.

  • System freight rate verification.

  • Carrier reconciliation and invoicing.

  • Complete the reconciliation. After issuing the invoice, create the reconciliation state ment in the TMS system.

  • Upload all the receipts and invoice attachments (including cess fees and abnormal fe es).

  • If the deduction is made, clearly note the deduction amount, the reason for the deduction and the corresponding order number.

  • Any other duties assigned by management.
