Logistics Admin / Logistics Coordinator (Warehouse I Administration)

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• To process day to day transaction for warehouse inventory
• Coordinate with customer and logistics partners via email or phone call on order requirement
• Process daily incoming and outgoing emails within warehouse department and pass on the email’s instruction to Warehouse Officer / Assistant
• To upload and sort photos taken for Sales order and incoming inventories
• To provide administrative support for warehouse related matters
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
