Logistics Administrator

We, at ANCA Foods are seeking to employ an Logistics administrator to join our logistics department in Stutterheim, Eastern Cape.

Education:

Grade 12

Diploma in logistics or related field - advantageous

Related Experience:

Route Planning & Coordinating a fleet

telephone etiquette

Microsoft Office

Experience:

1-2 years in the same or similar role - advantageous

Duties:

• Investigates credit notes received from the drivers after days deliveries and follow up on investigations,
• Scheduling and planning of deliveries and driver's rosters,
• Training of drivers on admin processes and procedures. (Claims, returns ect.),
• Follow the driver's daily movements and liaise with the drivers, sales and customers to ensure that they stick to the schedule,
