Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

- B&S hub operation and 3PL management

- B&S KPI and performance achievement, evaluation, and improvement

- B&S process optimization, efficiency improvement and cost reduction

- Data analyze, solution assessment and engagement

- Cross function communication and urgent request support

- Internal & external audit

Job Requirements:

- Experience Requirement: 3+ years in logistics management, with a track record in warehouse operation and dispatching process management.

- Skill Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis and business process setup, and familiar with warehouse-related systems..

- Management Competence: Skilled in 3PL, warehouse, and dispatching management, with the ability to drive and manage KPIs, costs, and lead times.
