Logistics Analyst

Role Purpose
Support the end-to-end logistics chain for vehicles, ensuring on-time delivery, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, dealers, and internal teams. The role aims to secure efficient operations from import planning to final delivery, maintaining strong control, traceability, and service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the 3PL the allocation of orders from the dealer network arrange the preparation and distribution nationwide of vehicles.
Manage logistics documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, and others.
Track shipments with freight forwarders, customs agents, and bonded warehouses, ensuring compliance with timelines and regulations.
