Job Description

  12 Months Contract - Renewable  
 The IT Supply Chain team at The Client is dedicated to fulfilling all internal end-user IT needs by building integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems that manage planning and inventory life cycle. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and support day-to-day operations for tooling and processes.
  Responsibilities: 
  Operational Support: 
 Provide Tier 1 on-call support for Supply Chain tooling bugs to triage and troubleshoot.
 Escalate Tier 2 issues to engineering and other teams for resolution.
 Monitor dashboards to extract data and report on tooling health. Proactively flag risks and trending issues to the core team.
 Create and maintain tooling manuals (workflows, tagging, setup requirements, and troubleshooting guide).
 Update tooling configuration to support operations.
