Managing of Farm complex
a Ensure that all poultry houses, hatchery & all farm facility & structure is in good condition and presentable at all time.
b Ensure that all farm cost with regards to maintaining the facility is within the budget.
c Ensure availability of all farm machine, equipment & fixtures at all time.
d Ensure availability of office & maintenance supplies regular stock inventory update.
Managing and implementing of proper Farm complex waste & mortality disposal.
a Maintain farm, hatchery, office, shower facility, CVPI frontage, garage, down time, canteen, receiving, living area, supplies stock room, feeds & rice hull stock room in good condition & sanitation at all time.
b Ensure all shower facility's equipment (shower head, shower valve, drain, heaters, flooring & walling) in good condition
c Ensure proper & regular schedule of farm & hatchery waste disposal.
