Logistics and Planning Coordinator (Oakville)

Position Summary

The Logistics and Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting shipping, production scheduling, and materials planning at the Oakville plant. This includes releasing and adjusting production schedules based on demand, inventory levels, and material availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, business administration, or a related field; 0-2 years of experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain (co-op/internship experience in an asset)


• Solid organizational and time management skills


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
