Logistics and Warehouse Manager

**Job Summary:**
Oversee 3PL warehouse and transportation operations to ensure accurate, on‑time, and cost‑efficient delivery while maintaining quality and driving warehouse automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Your role:**
**Warehouse Operations**
+ Manage inbound processes: receiving, inspection, documentation, and storage.
+ Oversee outbound planning to meet customer delivery commitments.
+ Monitor product availability and supervise pick–pack–ship activities.
+ Ensure correct loading, complete documentation, and damage-free execution.
+ Conduct stock counts and manage discrepancies (damaged/lost/found goods).
**Automation & Improvement**
+ Lead warehouse automation projects, including MCC Automation, HAI Robotics, and SEER AGV.
+ Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
+ Support Warehouse Automation and digital transformation initiatives.
