Logistics and Warehouse Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitors the status of central warehouse, facilities, and equipment including site warehouses in order to make recommendations for improvement
• Verifies report of Warehouse Supervisor on violations and non-compliance of suppliers and prepare monthly reports-corrective actions to be cascaded to concerned procurement department.
• Supports logistics team/customer service in negotiating with forwarders and soliciting quotations including follow-ups and providing location status of the shipment
• Assists logistics team in handling after service issues (claims, complaints)
• Prepares internal memo on warehouse guidelines and incident reports for submission to Logistics and Warehouse Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related course; Graduate of Supply Chain Management is an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in logistics, warehousing or related field
