Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the following: The Logistics Assistant is responsible for several key tasks and duties related to the logistics and supply chain operations . These responsibilities  include:

• Coordinating Shipments: Managing and coordinating the movement of goods, including arranging transportation and ensuring timely delivery.
• Processing Shipping Documents: Preparing and processing necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
• Tracking Shipments: Monitoring the status of shipments, tracking their progress, and ensuring that they arrive at their destination on time.
• Collaboration: Working closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
