Logistics Assistant

• Ensure all the incoming physical cargoes are recorded down and issue Incoming Material Checklist to QA.
• To prepare shipping documents for outgoing shipment with zero error.
• Ensure all the outgoing cargoes are in good condition including the pallets (for palletize cargoes) and follow the SOP.
• Carry out monthly stock take with finance team.
• To assign the stock allocation following FIFO/FEFO order to fulfil sale order.
• Responsible to do general typing, filling, compiling, photocopying documents and administration work as well.
• Follow all safety rules and regulation stated down in the Company's Policy at all times.
• Responsible to take care of the warehouse equipment.
• To check warehouse physical and equipment conditions at all times.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
