Logistics Assistant

Invoicing

• Assist in invoicing when needed
• Encoding of sales of in system
• Ensures completeness of sales invoices upon return of delivery
• Sorting delivered sales invoices by sales representative before submission to Accounting Department on weekly basis

Inventory Control

• Monitors inventory and make request for critical stock inventory
• Coordinate with suppliers for damage stocks and nearly expiry for return

Purchasing

• Make purchase order for approval to local suppliers
• Coordinating with suppliers for delivery of orders, out of stock items and special deals
• Make purchase orders
• Canvass and make purchase order for accountable forms
• Encode purchase invoice of products

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business Course
• Computer proficient
• Good customer relationship skills
• Possesses pleasant disposition
