Logistics Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate
• With at least 2-4 yrs experience in logistics / trucking / operations / dispatching
• With knowledge in Port Management Systems (MIP and South)
• Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can work under pressure and tight deadlines and last-minute changes on customers' requirements and port scheduling
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Preferably residing in Cavite or nearby area

DUTIES

• Responsible for any operations phone calls, provide customer support, and complete paperwork.
• Preparation of requirements of port accreditations, certifications and renewals.
• Ensure that all documents in each truck folders are updated.
• Assist the Operations Department in supervising and monitoring of dispatch operations for all truck units to ensure timely del...
