Job Summary

The Logistics/Supply Chain Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the supply chain team to ensure smooth and efficient procurement, inventory management, importation, and distribution activities. This role assists in coordinating suppliers, processing documentation, and supporting day-to-day supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding order status and timelines.

2. Support importation and logistics processes, including preparation, organizing, and monitoring of shipping and customs documents.

3. Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and supply chain transactions.
