ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support procurement activities and materials management at NU Manila. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year professional experience in purchasing or materials management.
• Experience working in an academic setting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, financial accounting, and budgeting principles.
• Excellent numerical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Above-average oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to be assigned in NU Manila.
