Logistics Associate

• Retail Industry
• Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Basic salary up $3300 +VB
• East area (Tampines)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule import and export shipments in line with operational timelines
• Liaise with overseas branches, trade partners, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL / AWB)
• Track shipment status and provide timely logistics updates and reports
• Process and verify logistics and shipping-related invoices accurately
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost control initiatives
• Support ad-hoc logistics coordination and operational tasks as required
• Report to the Head of Logistics or designated supervisor
