Logistics Associate

Provide support and coordination in logistics (delivery, handling of goods, and inter-island shipment) to ensure fulfillment of orders and services in accordance to the DPH policies and procedures.

• Set up, coordinate, and confirm all pick-up and deliveries of purchased products and materials in a timely manner;
• Handle monthly reports and ensure prompt update of reports in the system;
• Monitor deliveries to ensure payable are settled;
• Ensure efficient inventory through assisting with cycle counts and stock counting;
• Respond to all general inquiries and requests for information and materials/products by email or phone;
• Aid in the outsourcing of suppliers and services, participate on the accreditation of third-party logistics service provider, and gather the documentation for the selection to ensure quality, delivery, and transparency;
