Qualifications:
With bachelor's degree in finance or any related business course
Good in English communication (written and oral).
Experience handling billing operations is a plus.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in SAP is an advantage
Positive, self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, very keen to details, fast learner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
In charge of logistics billing
Receive complete, check correct billing invoice and documents
Checking the correctness of Billing Invoice and documents from broker/forwarder.
Coordinate with Logistics team and warehouse team for their Billing.
Coordinate with brokers/forwarders for their Billing/payment concerns
