- Coordinates with the Site Logistics Team Leader to implement the plan.
- Discusses highlights from the previous shift and other activities.
- Coordinates with the Drivers/Helpers on site and in transit.
- Coordinates with the Material Handler per site for the loading status.
- Updates details of the delivery plan and track and tracing.
- Coordinates with the sales team/ revision of the delivery plan.
- Post delivery plan & track and tracing.
- Coordinates with the Motorpool regarding truck checklist and status.
- Reviews all activity within the shift.
- Logs all activities such as delivery status, client deliveries, all checks monitoring in the google sheets & manual monitoring if necessary.
- Updates Google sheet PO balance every time truck departs for delivery.
