About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced FMCG environment.
This role requires a strong balance between data analysis and hands-on operational involvement, working closely with drivers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure efficient distribution and logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet tracking and monitoring of truck movements


• Daily reporting on:
  
  
  
  • Departure and standing times
  
  
  • Driver hours and overtime
  
  
  • Fleet faults and late deliveries
  
  
  
  


• Monitor and improve truck turnaround times and delivery efficiency


• Communicate priority loads and operational changes to the team


• Capture and reconcile driver hours from trip sheets


• Ensure trucks are loaded and offloaded timeously
