Logistics & Coordination Executive - WY

Job Description

Our client is a furniture design company looking for a Logistics & Coordination Executive to support daily logistics operations, delivery coordination, and after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party delivery partners on delivery schedules, order accuracy, and service quality
• Verify daily order lists against customer purchase records prior to dispatch
• Work closely with sales and back-office teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Perform inventory checks and stock control
• Conduct after-sales support and on-site visits using a company-provided vehicle
• Inspect product issues at customers' premises and carry out minor repair and touch-up work, such as:
• Wood filling
• Surface touch-up painting
• Sofa frame adjustments
• Chair and table repairs
• Training will be provided; prior repair experience is not mandatory
