Job Description

Coordinate logistics activities related to the launch and implementation of the new Canadian DC. 
Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and help ensure timelines are met. 
Communicate updates to internal stakeholders to support readiness and execution. 
Respond to branch logistics requests by providing timely information, resolving issues, and coordinating transportation needs. 
Conduct spot quoting for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full-Truckload) shipments to secure cost-effective and timely transportation options. 
Coordinate with site contacts to provide accurate and up-to-date delivery windows. 
Provide weekly updates to branches on stored jobs and their status. 
Perform customs audits to ensure declared values align with contractual and compliance requirements. 
Reconcile delivered shipments against Bills of Lading (BOL) received at site.
