Communicate with shipping companies, suppliers, and transportation providers. Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping documents (shipping orders, invoices, delivery notes). Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with warehouses to manage inventory levels and product availability. Resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or shortages. Update shipment and inventory records on company systems. Work closely with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and production. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and logistics procedures.
