Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents such as labels, invoices, packing lists, and work files for warehouse operations.
• Handle export documentation, including preparation of House and Master Airway Bills (HAWB & MAWB).
• Ensure all shipping documents comply with airline and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with appointed contractors and warehouses for daily export cargo handling and document dispatch.
• Monitor shipment status via airline systems and provide timely updates to overseas offices.
• Prepare and update daily shipment reports and tracking records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
