About the role As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a key support role in ensuring parcels are collected and delivered on time across Pargos courier network for specific Portfolio of Pargo client base.. Reporting into the Delivery Operations Team Lead, youll work closely with courier partners, internal teams, and tracking systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service. What you will be responsible for: Operational Support Assist with the daily monitoring of parcel movements across courier networks for a specific portfolio of Pargos client base. Track parcel statuses using internal systems and follow up on delays or exceptions. Log and escalate delivery issues to the relevant courier partner or internal team. Support the implementation of courier performance tracking (e.g. late collections, delivery failures). Update delivery statuses and ensure parcel tracking data is accurate and up to date.
