Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a Dispatcher with BPO experience who can coordinate operations, communicate effectively with drivers and clients, and keep everything moving smoothly.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently.
Monitor routes, schedules, and service status.
Maintain constant communication with drivers and clients in English.
Solve incidents and provide real-time operational support.
Ensure compliance with procedures and service quality standards.
What We're Looking For
B2 English level (mandatory) – conversational and written.
Previous experience in BPO environments, especially call handling.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Barranquilla.
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
