Based in our Paranaque City Metro Manila office, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics process from start to finish, delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely, cost‑effective solutions.

What you’ll be doing

1. Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues.
2. Coordinate the pickup, delivery, and tracking of airfreight shipments for a diverse range of clients.
3. Liaise with airline partners, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to ensure efficient and compliant transportation.
