Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Haulier Caller to coordinate with transporters and hauliers to ensure timely availability of vehicles for deliveries. The role involves regular calling, follow-ups, rate negotiation, and coordination with internal teams to support smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact hauliers and transporters daily to arrange vehicles for dispatch.

· Make daily outbound calls and cold calls to hauliers and transporters to arrange vehicles for dispatch.

· Negotiate freight rates and confirm vehicle availability.

· Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with hauliers.

· Maintain records of hauliers, vehicle details, and trip status.

· Resolve transportation issues and delays promptly.

· Communicate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams.

· Ensure compliance with company logistics policies.
