Responsibilities:

• Perform sales support function, like handling customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner, organizing orders, preparing invoices and customer service
• Handle shipping matters including import and export procedures and full set of shipping documentation
• Act as key interface by providing day-to-day logistics support
• Maintain accurate inventory record and coordinate with inventory planning
• Coordinate delivery schedule and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• Pick and pack, manage shipments in warehouse, including containers and couriers
• Communicate with logistics services providers on delivery and stock transfer matter
• Communicate with our headquarters in Europe and colleagues in Southeast Asia
