•Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate with freight forwarding companies.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise in the order and delivery process.
• Strong Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Report Documentation.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
