Logistics Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledgeable in inbound and outbound activities within a PEZA-registered company.
• Background in customer service and operations is an advantage.
• Experience in logistics under the electronics or semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.

Functions:

Inbound logistics:

• Ensures the delivery of all inbound IMI shipments, following the set policies, procedures and agreed terms of suppliers.
• Makes sure of the accuracy of Inbound freight IN % vs GR Spend as a reference for management reports.
• Coordinates for the implementation of inbound strategies.
• Ensures that shipments are arranged based on standard incoterms agreed with suppliers.
• Ensures that approvals are obtained prior proceeding shipment arrangement for express or premium freights.
