Logistics Coordinator

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Logistics Coordinator will perform all functions related to the shipment of international orders, including preparing documentation packages for international shipments and ensuring shipments are correctly processed. The Operation Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in the development of the different operational activities in the accounts/ companies of the organization's clients regarding any process in its logistics chain.

Responsibilities

Its functions are the following; however, they are not limited to:

· Back-office activities and Logistics related calls to monitor the status of the logistics process.

· Work on the assigned loads by the broker on the TMS.

· Verify the availability of containers prior to pick-up.

· Tender the drayage movement to an authorized carrier.

· Verify the carrier received the Work order from the broker.

· Set pick-ups and delivery appointments if nec...
