Logistics Coordinator - Mex

PURPOSEThe Logistics Tracking Coordinator will work in direct partnership with the Operations and Booking teams to maintain open lines of communication with our customers and carriers ensuring the timely completion of first-class service for all shipments.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Proactively contact carriers and customers to ensure pickup and delivery appointments are set and trucks are in route when expected- Complete data entry after obtaining track and trace updates on shipments- Coordinate and assist with the collection of appropriate documents from carriers- Maintain constant and clear communicate with carriers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of all shipments- Maximize the productivity and workflow of the department by emphasizing load board priorities, efficiencies, and board coverage- Provide support and resolution to customer problems following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate to proper business function as needed to help maintain high qual...
