Logistics Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4 yrs Business Course
• At least 2-yrs experience in Logistics
• Effective communication both oral & writing
• Quick critical thinking & problem-solving abilities, ability to organize work schedule
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills, keen on working in a fast-paced environment and proficient in MS Word, Excel

Responsibilities:

• Assist Logistics Officer with day-to-day Logistics Operations
• Monitoring of GPS and Dash Cam
• Coordinate with warehouse (internal and external) to ensure prompt and proper movement of deliveries
• Respond to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Review delivery documents to ensure accuracy
• Track and fix delivery errors with the consent of the Logistics Officer
