Logistics Coordinator

● Collects and Review all Documents, Invoice, Waybill of Driver and Helper

● Monitors all trucks of GTYCOON LOGICTICS CORPORATION

● Monitors On- Time Truck Availability

● Monitors On- Time Truck Delivery

● Create Monitoring Truck Performance

● Coordinates with head office the issues and concerns of client, truck's driver and helper

● Report and escalate to management as needed

● Prepares Incident Report as needed

● Act as the point of contact and communicate truck status to Operation Supervisor and Site Expediter's

● Ensures confidentiality information by exercising prudent caution in giving out information and treating sensitive concerns

● Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate of any 4 years course any field
• Minimum of 1 year experience on the position or with related experience.
