We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinators to join our team immediately.

This role is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of logistics experience, preferably with IMPEX exposure (not required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orders with shippers and freight forwarders.
• Manage shipment documents and ensure all requirements are met.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and approve shipping costs.
• Track shipments until delivery is confirmed at the warehouse/consignee.
• Ensure cargo meets required in-store dates and update staff on changes.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure completion.
