Job Description


  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Plan and monitor transport schedules and deliveries.

  • Process orders, invoices, and transport documents.

  • Maintain contact with Polish-speaking drivers and suppliers.

  • Manage stock levels and maintain system reports.

  • Support the warehouse team in daily operational tasks

Take ownership of warehouse and transport coordination.Work with drivers and suppliers to grow your logistics skills.

  • Experience in logistics or warehouse administration.

  • Fluent in English and good command of Polish or Dutch (speaking and writing).

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.

  • Accurate, organized, and able to work under pressure.

  • Team player with a hands-on mentality.





  • Salary: €2,800 - €3,500 per month

  • 25 vacation days per year
