What you'll be doing

1. Liaise with clients, carriers, and other vendors to coordinate the movement of goods domestically and internationally
2. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork
3. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to counterpart on the progress of their deliveries
4. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain
