Job Description & RequirementsMain Task1 Handle Shipment & Logistics2 Shipping Guarantee3 Give Training & assist buddy to support Project shipping & logistics 4 Vendor Presentation & Training as per request4 PO Creation under shipment5 Expedite material delivery when requiredDetails Task for Shipment & Logistics1 Source of potential Forwarder and understand their strength 2 Evaluate and update new/existing Forwarder into Approved Vendor List2 Ensure the appropriate Incoterms specified on the purchase order are carried out.3 Prepare Bid Tab if required for Shipping Cost & Discuss on issuing of Purchase Order4 Process order and ensure timely Shipment and Delivery of Purchased products5 Coordinate & provide assistance between Requester, Suppliers and Forwarders and Receivers6 Coordinate and assist with all necessary Import & Export Documentation for all Projects7 Ensure documents are given to Forwarders before vessel ETA & avoid any Storage or Demurrage charges8 Ensure timely return of Co...
