Logistics Coordinator (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support day-to-day tasks across multiple departments including operations, customer service, and corporate teams
• Handle, process, and organise information, documents, data, and items accurately and securely, including scanning, data updates, basic quality checks, and maintaining records/systems
• Coordinate and support third‑party logistics (3PL) activities, liaising with external fulfilment partners to ensure accurate stock handling, dispatch, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Contribute to safety, security, and compliance practices, including confidentiality and chain‑of‑custody, and support secure destruction activities for confidential documents, data, and IT assets
