Position Title : Logistics Coordinator


Position Reports To: Senior Project Manager


Position Summary


The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for management of the procurement, delivery, inventory control, and on-site distribution of all project materials. The Logistics Coordinator ensures the accuracy of all project materials, quantities, and delivery times —supporting efficient workflow, cost control, and schedule adherence.


Essential Functions
+ Order insulation materials through vendors and coordinate delivery throughout project.
+ Manage onsite insulation supply for DC-1,3,5,6,7 to ensure material is available project is not delayed because of material shortages
+ Inventory material upon receiving delivery at site to ensure all items listed on bill of lading have been received.
+ Address any material discrepancies with the applicable vendor
