Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Site Based

Reports To: Construction Manager

Job Summary:

To manage the flow of materials in a highly congested and secure site. You ensure critical equipment

arrives Just in Time (JIT).

Detailed Scope of Work (Data Centre Specific):

• Delivery Slotting: Manage a digital booking system for all site deliveries to prevent traffic jams at

the security gate.

• White Glove Handling: Oversee the delivery of sensitive IT Racks and Server Cabinets, ensuring

shock-watch sensors are checked and tilt-watch indicators are verified.

• Laydown Management: Allocate specific laydown zones for subcontractors; enforce Clean As

You Go to minimize fire risk.

• Crane Usage: Coordinate tower crane and mobile crane time slots between competing trade

subcontractors.
