The Logistics Customer Service Associate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process by coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve logistics-related queries, handle complaints, and provide status updates. The role involves a high degree of interaction with clients, warehouse teams, carriers, and third-party vendors, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries, order tracking, and issue resolution.
