Logistics Customer Service Officer

Logistics Customer Service Officer | Jurong (Penjuru) | Up to $2,400

• Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 (Based on experience)
• Location: Jurong (Penjuru Lane) – Shuttle provided from Lakeside MRT
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM (OT may be required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely shipment.
• Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and manage WMS entries.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for order/shipment issues.
• Administrative: Handle billing, KPI reporting, and documentation for audits.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Prior experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
