About the Role
The Logistics & Customer Service Supervisor serves as the onsite leader for the Customer Value Centre (CVC) team in Calgary, overseeing Customer Value Representatives and After‑Sales Support Representatives supporting the Prairies market (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta). This role combines customer service leadership, logistics coordination, and team supervision in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with customers, transportation partners, sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery, invoicing, and cash application.
