About the role

As a logistics coordinator at COLUMBUS LOGISTICS SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our freight forwarding business. Joining our team in Bandar Botanic, Selangor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Follow up on import and export shipments on a door-to-door basis to ensure timely and safe delivery.
2. Coordinate and monitor shipment progress, including booking, pickup, transportation, transshipment, and final delivery.
3. Prepare, check, and maintain import and export documentation such as Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL), Bill of Lading (BL), K1/K2 customs declaration forms, and other related documents.
4. Work closely with the operations team to plan and arrange pickup and delivery schedules.
