Job Summary

A Logistics Delivery Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of goods tocustomers.This role involves loading, transporting, and dropping off items in a safe and professional manner. Deliveryassociates play a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain process, acting as the final point of contactbetween a company and its customers.

Daily Operations & Deliveries

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with packages, ensuring all items are correctly sortedandsecured for transport.
• Following planned delivery routes to meet delivery deadlines efficiently.
• Communicating with customers to confirm delivery times, addresses, and to resolve any issuesthatmay arise.
• Using a handheld device or delivery app to track packages, scan items, and collect proof of delivery(e.g., signatures, photos).
• Handling cash or electronic payments when required.
