Logistics Distribution Coordinator

The Logistics Distribution Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving customer satisfaction by efficiently processing and supporting Aviation Tire orders, ensuring timely delivery and consistently high-quality service.



**What You'll Do**



+ **Expense Management -** You will coordinate with the Shipping Broker, Shipping Line, Freight Forwarder, and consignment warehouses to prepare all invoices and supporting documents in order to complete the expense process accurately and on time.

+ **Q-Teach Follow-Up -** You will regularly monitor and track FAA certificates for both new tires and retread tires in order to prepare and send the original copies via courier and the soft copies via email to customers.

+ **Delivery Order Management -** You will coordinate with the Supply Chain team to create delivery order numbers and provide them to the Warehouse team to arrange shipments accordingly.
